Problems in order of error impact
> Getting Lost - losing one's place in the recipe because of non-visual strucuture. Probably the most common complaint. Similar with written driving directions. "Let's Get Lost"
> Mental Physical Disconnect - can't understand the written instructions because they are discribing a series of physical actions. People sometimes have to read aloud to understand. Physical actions are more clearly understood when represented by a physical diagram.
> Out-of-Sync - timing of parallel path items in the recipe is hard to coordinate. Lack of a visual time structure creates this. Additionally, makes it more difficult for more than one person to execute a recipe and keep time. Similar to trying to play music.
> Mixing Content - instructions and techniique are intermixed.
